What is Ba Ba Ba Dance AI?
Ba Ba Ba is the two-person TikTok dance of October 2026: two friends side by side, a solo each, then the whole routine in sync on a "ba ba ba" hook. This template puts the people from your photos into that dance.
It follows the moves and framing of the choreographer's own post, so the line-up, the solos and the sync land on the same beats, and the finished video comes with the sound. Add two photos, or one and we add a friend. Videos start at 15 credits.
On TikTok
The same routine, different duos
After the original, duos everywhere learned it — in classrooms, parking lots and at sunset.
What the template recreates
One fixed phone, 30 seconds, on the original's timing. Balanced makes the 15-second in-sync part.
- 0–4.5 s
Side by side
You two start together, close to the camera, hands moving on the beat.
- 4.5–11.5 s
Solo one
Photo 1 steps out and photo 2 takes the floor: crossed arms, a point to the sky, a hip roll.
- 11.5–17.5 s
Solo two
They swap: photo 1 jumps back in and takes the solo, mouthing the "ba ba ba".
- 17.5–30 s
In sync
Back together for the rest of the routine, every move in sync, arms up to finish.
Where the Ba Ba Ba dance came from
The routine comes from @otr.j5, a dance creator who posted it with a friend on 2 October 2026 in a school library, captioned "Ba ba baa". The sound is an original audio that has since been used hundreds of thousands of times.
Through mid-October duos picked it up everywhere, and the most-watched remakes passed a million views. Most posts are tagged as two-person dances to learn.

Photo tips for the best Ba Ba Ba video
Show the whole body
It's a full-body dance, so a standing photo from head to knees or toes gives the best outfit and proportions.
Faces sharp and forward
Eyes and mouth clearly visible, good light, no sunglasses, so both of you stay recognizable while you move.
Pick your side
Photo 1 is on the left and solos second, photo 2 on the right and solos first. Swap them before you generate if you want the other part.
Ask your partner first
Use your own photo and one of someone who said yes. Never a stranger, a child or a public figure.
