Terms of Service

apt video ai lets you upload two photos and receive one short music video. Photo 1 is placed as the drummer and photo 2 as the singer in a pink studio. The clip is about 26 seconds. You do not write a prompt. The look, camera, and motion come from our template.

The service is an independent fan tool. It is not the official APT. video, and it is not offered by ROSÉ, Bruno Mars, their labels or publishers, OpenAI, or Anthropic. We do not grant you any right in those names, likenesses, recordings, or videos.

Generation uses credits. The cost is shown before you start. A new account may receive a free credit grant. That grant can expire, and we may withhold it when the same email, device, or network has already received one.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for activity while that account is signed in on your device.

Give us accurate information where we ask for it. Do not create an account if you are under 16. Do not share access in order to bypass a limit on free credits.

You may upload a photo only if you have the rights you need and every person shown has agreed to appear in a generated video. The studio asks you to upload photos only with that agreement.

You must not upload a photo of a minor, a photo you do not have the right to use, or a photo of someone who has not agreed to appear. You must not use the service to create non-consensual intimate images, to harass or defame someone, or to impersonate a person in order to mislead or defraud.

You are responsible for the photos you submit and for how you publish the downloaded MP4.

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break, probe, or overload it, accessing an account or video that belongs to someone else, scraping in a way that degrades the service, or using the service to break the law.

Do not upload malware, or files other than the photos the studio asks for. When a platform or another person asks you to say that a clip is an AI recreation, do not hide that.

You keep the rights you already have in your photos. You give us a limited permission to host those photos and send them to our video provider only to generate, store, and show the video you requested, and to delete them when these terms or the privacy policy say so.

We own the service, the pink-studio template, and the content of the site. The reference clip guides motion and camera only. Where a music reference is used, it is the APT. recording, and we do not license that recording to you. Downloading the MP4 does not make the music, the official video, or the names and likenesses of the artists yours.

You may download the MP4 we generate for your account and share it, including on short-video platforms, if you have the photo rights and consent described above and you follow the rights of other people and the rules of the place where you post it. If a rightsholder or a platform tells you to take a clip down, you must do so.

Each generation spends the number of credits shown in the studio before you start. If that generation fails, we return those credits to your balance. Returning credits is the remedy for a failed render.

You can buy credit packs on the site. Web checkout is processed by Stripe at the price shown before you pay. Credits are added after the payment succeeds. A credit pack is a one-time purchase of credits, not a subscription.

Delivered credits are not refundable in cash, except where the law requires a refund, the payment fails, or we do not deliver the credits you paid for. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused credits are not a stored balance that we redeem for money.

Prices and pack sizes can change for later purchases. A change does not take away credits you already hold.

AI video is imperfect. A result may mis-draw a face, a body, clothing, timing, or lip sync, and it may differ from the photos. We do not promise that a generation will match someone exactly, finish within a fixed number of minutes, or be accepted by a social platform.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some places do not allow those disclaimers. There, they apply only as far as the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost content, or a platform removing a video you posted.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits during the three months before the claim. If you have not paid us, the limit is the amount you paid for the credits charged for the generation the claim is about. If those credits were a free grant, the limit is zero.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for willful misconduct by us.

You may stop using the service at any time. Email support@aptvideoai.com to close your account. The privacy policy explains what we delete.

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse a generation, if you break these terms, if we need to investigate abuse, or if a provider or the law requires it. If we close an account for a serious breach, we may remove the stored photos and videos and cancel unused credits that came from abuse.

We may update these terms or the privacy policy. The date at the top of the page will change. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and write to us to close the account.

These terms are published in English, Chinese, and Japanese and are meant to say the same thing. This page does not choose one court or the law of one country. If we cannot resolve a dispute by email, it may be brought where the law that applies to you allows. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain in force.
